  •  Once orders are processed and you have received your tracking number via email PLEASE allow 24-48hrs for USPS to scan your package in. For updates on your package you will need to contact USPS customer service on updates with tracking. We are not responsible for any delays or appointments. 
  • MoLashes isn’t responsible for any lost, stolen or Damaged items.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. 
  • Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.
  • We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.

RETURN POLICY

  • We do not cover shipping fee on returned items.
  • No returns or exchanges. All sales final from MoLashes.
  • Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders.
  • Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order. This includes ALL orders!
  • We DO NOT accept hair packages back for returns, For sanitary reasons.
  • All hair orders are FINAL sale on MoLashes, unless something is worked out with the store owner
  • ALL MAKEUP & ACCESSORIES ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS
